PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION
Custom Apparel Care, Customer-Supplied Garments & Order Terms
These terms explain how to prepare artwork, care for printed apparel, and report a possible production issue. The order form asks you to acknowledge them before submitting your order request. Joe will confirm availability, timing, and final price before production and payment.
Customer-Supplied Garments
Customers who provide garments are responsible for choosing the correct size, fit, color, and garment type, and for checking each item’s condition before drop-off. Please point out any stains, wear, defects, or special fabric treatments. Customer-supplied garments may react differently to the heat and pressure used in printing.
Joe’s Unique Creations does not warrant a customer-supplied garment or guarantee an exact replacement will be available. We will use reasonable care while handling customer property. This section does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Fine Lines and Small Details
Very thin lines, tiny text, distressed effects, and other small details provide less surface area for adhesion and may be more vulnerable to lifting or wear. Customers must review and approve artwork before production. If durability is a priority, ask us to thicken or simplify fine details before approving the design.
Order Details and Artwork Approval
Before approving production, review spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, garment choices, artwork, and print placement. Production begins after approval. Screen and garment colors can look different under different lighting and on different displays. Custom items cannot be returned because of a change in preference or an error included in the customer-approved order.
Washing and Care
- Wait 24 hours after delivery before washing.
- Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- Air dry when possible. If using a dryer, use low heat.
- Do not iron directly over the design.
- Follow the garment’s care label if it is more restrictive.
Reporting a Possible Production Issue
Inspect your order at pickup or delivery. Contact us in writing within 3 calendar days if you believe there is a production issue. Include your order number and clear photos. Do not wash, wear, alter, or attempt to repair the item before contacting us.
We will review the issue and, if a defect in our work is confirmed, provide an appropriate remedy as required by law. Normal wear, improper care, misuse, and defects in a customer-supplied garment are not defects in our printing work.
Order acknowledgment: By checking the required box on the order form, you confirm that you have read these terms, reviewed your order details and approved artwork, understand the disclosed risks for customer-supplied garments and fine-line details, and agree to follow the care instructions.
